  New magazine Carts

  news from my wife from the recent meeting is that our congregation will be recieving 2 new magazine carts for market witnessing.

  we live in a small market town in north yorkshire and have regular street markets.. the congregation is small (75+ publishers, -1 now) so it seems that this is being rolled out pretty conprehensivly now to all congs.

  i still have no info as to whether each congregation has to purchase these from the hq or costings per unit..

  Just Lois - I was good at the initial knock. I had a specially tailored presentation that did not leave an opening for a RV return visit (TM). I would never place WT or Awake. Only the small tracks. I read a scripture and asked if they'd like to read it. If they did, I would leave saying have a good day. I droped years ago the part where I said "Can I come back in a week or 2 and see if you had any questions?" I almost never would come back...

  It was the return visits that I HATED. I never had any desire to work something up. But when we HAD to go out, my favorite days were when we did RV's... "Does anyone have any RV's they'd like to do"? I always said I didn't have one but I was working on it.

  I was however comfortable with talking "informally" (TM) with people at work or school about the troof...

  ok, can someone please tell me, what in the world do these women have on their faces???.

  i couldn't find that it said where this was taken, but i'm guessing it's in myanmar as that is the featured country in the yearbook.

  I hated service. So glad I left when I did. I never had the desire or heart to be a "preacher"

  Can you imagine an atheist trying to convince Moses there is no God and that the 10 plagues were all part of his imagination?

  I can't imagine why people believe in a fictional character that only exists in the fantasy of the bible.

  is our current and present life, (the daily one we live, not necessarily our aspirations) all there really is?.

  what do we have to look foward to if we are aware that we are not infinite.
